Fruits and vegetables containing vitamin C are a quick and easy way to prevent plaque for your teeth. Put tomatoes, strawberries and oranges in your teeth, wait 5 minutes and rinse. This helps kill the bacteria in your mouth and refresh your breath.


Although vinegar is not a tasty solution, it is a 100% natural and clean method without damaging your teeth. Mix 2 tablespoons vinegar, 1 tablespoon salt and water and gargle your teeth.
